Tristan Holdings UK is a multi-sector holding group headquartered in London, operating across eight specialist industries — construction, technology, healthcare, hospitality, workforce solutions, finance, legal compliance and logistics. We're not a foreign subsidiary applying a continental template to the British market. We're a company built specifically for the UK, with a deep understanding of UK employment law, post-Brexit regulatory requirements, and the practical realities of doing business in England and Scotland.

Our growth has been deliberate. Each sector we entered was chosen because we saw a genuine gap — either in the quality of service available to UK employers, in the compliance standards being applied, or in the level of specialist knowledge being brought to the table. Many holding groups operate internationally — they apply a standardised model and adapt it slightly for each market. We went the other way.
