GDPR & Data Protection
All personal data handling meets UK GDPR standards — from candidate records and employer data to client communications and financial information. We maintain a documented data processing register and conduct regular reviews.
Ethical Recruitment Policy
Our recruitment practices are transparent, fair and fully compliant with the Equality Act 2010. We do not engage in discriminatory shortlisting, and every candidate receives honest communication about role requirements and selection decisions.
Modern Slavery Statement
We take our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 seriously. Our supply chain due diligence covers all labour suppliers and subcontractors, and we maintain a published Modern Slavery Statement updated annually.

Anti-Bribery & AML
Our anti-bribery policy is aligned with the Bribery Act 2010. All client onboarding includes AML checks and KYC verification. We do not accept or facilitate payments that cannot be clearly accounted for and documented.
Right to Work & Employment
Every worker placed through Tristan Holdings UK is right-to-work verified before deployment, using the current UK Home Office standards. We conduct manual and digital checks as appropriate to role and nationality.
